The following is a message from the 2025-2026 Polson School Council Chair, Sarah Etienne:
Hello and welcome/welcome back to Polson!
The school year is in full swing, and that means our parent council meetings will be as well! Our first official meeting will be on September 23 at 6 p.m.
As always, we'll meet at the school in room 104 and online via Teams.
This will be our elections meeting, so we'll vote to elect people to certain positions before discussing regular School Advisory Council (SAC) business. We have many great roles on the team, so I encourage you to check out the role descriptions here and use this SAC nominations form to apply!
*Nominations are due by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
And you don't need to have an official position to join us. We love to have parents come to meetings when they can or volunteer at events throughout the year - no commitment is too small! We're a friendly group and would love to meet you!
