What’s Happening at Polson
This week, many members of our school community will be joining in Diwali celebrations that are happening all over the world. Happy Diwali to all who celebrate!
Student council has scheduled a plaid spirit day on Thursday, October 24th. It is also Canadian Down Syndrome Awareness week. Rock some mismatched socks any day this week, Panthers!
Early Childhood Educator Day
Thank you to our amazing early childhood educators who teach our kindergarten students in French and English Kindergarten classes. We celebrate ECE’s on October 21st but they are a key part of the kindergarten learning experience all through the year!
Cross-Country Running
Congratulations to all 68 runners who represented Polson so well at the Fort Henry Croos-Country Run on Thursday! There was great spirit, support and effort on display all day. Polson had 19 students who placed in the top 30 in their categories and who will represent our school at the District Championship races on Wednesday, October 22nd. Thank you to our coaches and to all staff for your support of the Running Program here at Polson! Special thanks
Picture Day Update:
Edge Imaging was able to complete individual student photos on October 14th. They will return for complementary class group photos on Picture retake day (date to be confirmed).
